betED.com has released odds for the next two Ultimate Fighting Championship events, UFC 74: Respect and UFC 75: Champion vs. Champion.

In UFC 74, Randy Couture puts his heavyweight title on the line when he battles Gabriel Gonzaga, while UFC 75 will feature a highly anticipated ?unification? match between UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and PRIDE's 205-pound Champion Dan "Hollywood" Henderson.

betED.com has Couture as the underdog (+100) against Gonzalez (-130) and Jackson (-150) the favorite in his bout with Henderson (+120).

Check out betED.com for odds on all the other fights on both cards, including former welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre taking on Josh Koscheck in UFC 74, and a major heavyweight battle with Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic against France's Cheick Kongo in UFC 75.

UFC 74 is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 25 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, and UFC 75 will take place Saturday, Sept. 8 at the O2 Arena in London England.

UFC Heavyweight Champion Couture will be facing his first title defense since he defeated then-champion Tim Sylvia by unanimous decision on March 3, 2007 at UFC 68 to claim his third UFC Heavyweight Title. Gonzaga beat Filipovic at UFC 70 in April to earn the title shot.

At UFC 68, the 43-year-old Couture's first punch, eight seconds into the first round, sent the 6-foot 8-inch Sylvia to the mat. Gonzaga knocked down Filipovic with a right high kick.

UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson is coming off a victory over Chuck Liddell, knocking out "The Iceman" less than two minutes into the first round of their fight at UFC 71 in May.

Jackson stopped a streak of four consecutive title defenses by Liddell. The 29-year-old has been a rising star in mixed martial arts since his 2001 debut with the PRIDE Fighting organization (recently acquired by UFC ownership).

Henderson, 36, has an overall MMA record of 22-5-0 and last fought in the UFC at UFC 17 in 1998 before jumping to PRIDE.
