SATURDAY, SUNDAY:
PGA CHAMPIONSHIP, MEDINAH, ILL.
Amid all the Woods-Mickelson hoopla, the real surprise on Thursday came when more than 60 players finished under par at what is considered a long, challenging course in Medinah.

But it played more like a muni Thursday. The 60 players under par broke a record by two the previous PGA Championship record for any round, set in 1995 in the second round at Riviera.
