I don't know if Madjack could help me about this, it's related to the casino games, the craps.

The computer make an obvious error for incorrectly graded my bet as an loser (it suppose to be a winner), and it clearly shows in the game log that betgameday give me. Right now it's 7 days after what happened and betgameday managemnt still hanve't give me an explaination or refund to my issue, although I chat w/ them 4 different time and everytime the manager isn't there and they promise to give me a repsonse from the manager within the next 24 hours, but they lie, i receive NOTHING, I hear NOTHING.

:cursin: Here is the translation of the game log:

1st roll: I bet $50 on "Don't Pass", the dice is "7", therefore I lost $50. (No problem at all)

2nd roll: I bet $50 on "Don't Pass" again, dice come out as a "9", so I win or lose nothing, the point now become "9". (no problem at all)

3rd roll: I bet 150 as the "Don't Pass ODD", and $50 on the "Don't Come", dice come out as a "7",
the COMPUTER TOOK ALL MY BET and GRADED ALL MY BETS AS A LOSER!! :cursin:

For people know how to play craps, the situation here in the 3rd roll should be like this:

Lost $50 on the Don't Come bet, Won $50 (totally pay 100) on the Don't Pass, and $100 on the odds (150 to win 100 therefore pay 250 in total). Instead I won 100 on the roll the computer should graded, the computer took 250 away from my account. I live chat w/ them instantly and they promise to give me a repsonse ASAP. The next day I check back I receive nothing therefore I chat w/ them again, they told me to wait for another 24 hours, same as the 3rd time I chat w/ them, but right now I still hear nothing. I just talked to them and they still ignoring me by telling me they're going to investigate and no result yet.

In my understanding on this case, I think this is an obvious errors and I should be credit back my OWN MONEY right away, BetGameDay could investigate why the computer make a mistake anytime they want afterwards. Am I right? Anyone help me?

5 Mins ago they disable my account WITHOUT notifying me by email or so, also they IGNORE me when I try to live chat w/ them.

I can't call the toll free number at the moment to BetGameDay, I am in China right now. I have 6k+ in my account, I am disappointed of what they've done to me so far! :cuss: :nono: :mj03:

as i posted a few weeks ago my friend had the same problem he took 26.00 and made it into 13,000.00 they disabled his account and for a week they gave him every runabout answer in the world.They blamed it on people getting into there system from cali and all other shit..Theres a watchdog company that highy recomends gameday ..i called them and they called gameday and he got 11k in a few days later..im sure jack can help you or maybe he knows who im talking about..i dont you if im allowed to post the # and the name of the watchdog but im sure jack will help you if not ill check and post if its okay later thanks sorry & goodluck...

if you can make a print out of ur sheet and keep it just in case...as someone stated i would never play casino games on the net but thats just me ..definetly make a printout..it suxs ur in china and have these problems good luck buddy

This email is in response to V W's response on Mad Jack. There is indeed an issue with our Craps game not paying on the Don't Come line. Our software provider is working on a solution and the fix should be in place latter this week. We have credited this player $50 for this situation.

He is owed more than 50 right? I had the same problem with THIS but for a smaller amount.
Same site, same game. They handled it within minutes.

When I try to login into my account in Betgameday, I got this msg:

Your account has been disabled. Please contact us at 1-888-672-6860 to reactivate your account. Thank you.


They were still telling me that the investigation is still in process and my account had to be closed before the process is completed. I asked them twice why or give me the time limit that I can access my acccount and get my $$ back on the error. They said NO, they have their own policy.

Also, in this case I am owed $350 in this error.
$50 on DP payout + my own bet in total of $100
$100 on the DP odds payount + my own bet in total of $250.

Again, I do not feel they handle this case correctly, and they never feel sorry to what had been happened to the customer. :(

Does the email to Madjack from Betgameday means I should have been getting back my $$ now already and I can access my account normally from now on??? IN FACT, MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND THEY ARE STILL TELLING ME THE SAME THING FROM BETGAMEDAY MANAGEMENT.
