Charges of prostitution and disorderly conduct also were requested for Gunaseelan along with a third citation for doing business in Mankato without a peddler's permit.
Evans goes on say ?First of all, I am impressed a hooker driving a white Hummer in Minnesota is pretty awesome. Is that vehicle symbolic of her profession I wonder? Most hookers here in Costa Rica don?t even have cars let alone a Hummer so she must be doing something right besides robbing her clients. Second... not having a peddlers permit?
