Having difficulty making my first withdrawal from BetJam and am looking for some help or advice. They asked for the usual documentation to be emailed or faxed back to them. Since I do not have access to a fax machine, I have emailed the documents multiple times to two different email addresses. BetJam keeps telling me they have not received anything. However, the sent folder in my AOL account shows I have sent them the required information five times now. Am I getting the run around, or am I making some other error? Any help or advice is appreciated.

I have never had a problem making a withdrawl from Betjamaica, you have nothing to worry about. Betjamaica is one of the best books out there, don't worry. In fact I have made withdrawls in the morning and received the money that afternoon, so rest assured you will get your money

Thanks Kick! I'm more worried that I'm the one screwing something up. I know BetJam is reputable and I'll get my money. Was wondering if maybe it was related to "AOL". I just now set up a Yahoo account and emailed them my info from there....
It is 100% the fastest place to withdrawl and among the most trusted of any online book. I request payouts on Monday mornings and a fed ex check is always there Tuesday morning....never a hassle.
You will absolutely get paid unless you deposited via some method that takes time to clear...check, cc, etc.
If you are having problems, just go to the local currency exchange or mailbox store and pay 50 cents and fax the stuff over.

Jack - I do believe you are right. BetJam received my info when I sent it from my Yahoo account. Time to ditch AOL....
