BETJamaica...first complaint ever, big

So I deposited with the WU feature. Great, no problem. It goes right out of my bank act, I get it all done, call BJ and give them the info, MTCN, etc...about an hour later, money is in. Then I login my account around 9 and it says call-in about your deposit. So I do, and BJ said that the WU deposit isn't in WU's system.

So I ask for Herman. I email him the documentation that shows that not only has it been taken out of my account, but it shows on my WU account that the money has been picked up.

They tell me they've tried 2x now and it keeps getting declined. And the office where I sent the money is closed today(Panama) and wont be open until tomorrow.

This isn't a small problem, it's a major problem, and I'm not very happy. Very frustrated. Especially when BJ keeps telling me it's not in the WU system. I call WU and they tell me the funds have been picked up.

As far as the problem, it finally got fixed over a day later. But the whole process was such a pain. Especially when you got both sides telling you opposite things and my account shows otherwise LOL

The funds were in your account less than 2 hours after your posted complaint, and the PROBLEM was Western Union, not BetJm. Quit bitching, nothing affected you in the fucking least!

The funds were deposited about an hour after I deposited. Then when I logged into my account about 2 hours after that, they froze my account. The funds didn't go into my account until almost 2 full days after my desposit. I didn't make a post on here until the next day because I was about at my ends wits about the whole issue. I didn't know what the fuck to do?

I have a right to bitch when my bank account shows a withdrawl, my western union account shows a payment picked up, and my betjamaica account gets froze because my deposit "wasn't showing in WU system."

What would you do? Just shrug your shoulders and stroll along like nothing has happened? I doubt it...
