BetJamaica rumors proved false

Internet sportsbook BetJamaica?s customer data was seized by Florida police following the arrest on child pornography charges of BetJamaica.com webmaster Brian Wilcox. Brian Wilcox charged with photographing and creating pornographic images of a child relative, was sentenced to 45 years in prison after pleading guilty to production, possession and transportation of child pornography.
Brian Wilcox was a popular webmaster and web designer working full time for BetJamaica and part time for several other web sites, including ***.com and TheOnlinewire.com.
TheOnlinewire.com severed all ties with Wilcox soon after the first allegations related to his possible involvement in unlawful businesses surfaced in the spring of 2006.
Wilcox continued to work for BetJamaica up to the date of his arrest in the summer of 2007.
Brian Wilcox was involved with graphics and back-end development of the online sportsbook?s website.
The convicted child pornographer worked on offline copies of the whole BetJamaica website, including its database where customers? information such as name, address, credit card information, betting history and win/loss historic data is stored.
Whilst most websites severed all ties with Wilcox as soon as allegation of his possible involvement with lurid businesses surfaced, BetJamaica?s general manager Scotty Johnson was among the few who remained by Brian Wilcox?s side until his arrest.

I can assure that until this "news" is either confirmed or debunked, there are MANY affiliates who are indeed nervous as unlike bettors, they might have something to be nervous about. Regardless, you didn't see me running back to MJ's or anywhere else with this "news" as I considered the source and decided to look into it further before needlessly alarming posters about one of the best books out there.
