So I am going through their site and I see this "loyaltly club" section and I read through it. So heres how it goes, for every 100 bets you make, you are entitled to one free play for the average of those 100 plays. So I call, and the guy tells me that I have accumulated 5 free wagers for a total of 5 of my units (average, since I always bet in that range) and he tells me it is now in my account. Are you kidding lol, just like that. Great job they are doing their, little things like that really make a customer want to come back, and they have me back for sure. :clap:

damn glad i read this post. i have 15 free wagers. just called them. have to redeem them during weekdays but that is great!
any clue if this offer is retroactive to all bets that have been made with them in the past? or is this just a recent promotion that only covers a certain time frame?
i just called them and was told i have 15 to use. i play alot of plays and they use your average. i was told to call back mon-fri to use them. i have a feeling they are retroactive. amazing how dumb i can be to not read the fine print! maybe this is my lucky day to play the derby. i had my best night in a year last night and now i find out about this.
Thanks Vyrus just emailed them & within 5min. Herman responded that I have 4 plays. I've never had a problem with them, won some money on their NCAA contest didn't even have to ask they automatically put in my account. Highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the heads up

just talked to shayla and the plays must be redeemed weekdays between 12 and 4 pm. i now have 16 after my busy weekend with horse racing and lots of golf props. you can use them for straight bets, teasers or parlays but not horse bets. i had a very large winningbeantownjim said:
