betonline.ag - absolutely HORRIBLE experience

I sure hope Jack doesn't have a partnership interest in betonline.ag, because the purpose of this thread is to encourage everyone to stay as far away from this company as possible.

First of all, the company is called "Bet Online", right? Over the last couple of weeks I have used multiple browsers, on multiple machines, and I have NEVER been able to actually place a bet "online".

When I email the company, I get a message 3 days later telling me that I can just call in my bets if I can't do it online.

Ok, great... well, as I type this I am on my 3rd call to them. I sat on hold for 7 minutes the first call, the guy said he couldn't hear me and hung up..

The next call was 12 minutes and they again hung up without taking my wagers.

And now.... I just got disconnected AGAIN from them after a hold time of 14 minutes.

All I'm trying to do today is place $300 in wagers so I can get my money back out of this stupid company, because even though I can't make a bet "online" and they are incapable of taking wagers over the phone in a reasonable time, I am still required to roll over my initial deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal.

I also use 5dimes, bookmaker, gtbets, betus, bovada, and sportsbook... they ALL provide better support and service than betonline.

After a 4th call and nearly an hour of bullshit today, I was finally able to place my wagers.

Win or lose, I will have rolled over my initial deposit and I am pulling my money from this book. Hopefully the withdrawal process is easier than the wagering process.
