I get a marketing/sales e-mail from this book every other day but, without any notice, they discontinued their loyalty point program and all points were lost for players who didn't cash them in.
They first told me that was posted on their site and when I questioned that, then they said they e-mailed it. When I asked that they resend the notificiation (which I never received), they said they couldn't because it was "automatic" whatever the hell that means.
I think what it means is they simply didn't want players to cash in their loyalty points so they quietly and covertly ended the program with no notice.
