I talked to a manager this morning, they have a problem with their IT connection and are working on it.
Yesterday they had problems with site and phones but last night the phones were back up. Today they have said they are still working on the problem. Because it is a connection problem the mirror sites are down as well. However they still take wagers by phone

The site is up, but its slow as shit. I made them aware of it, but the more calls the better. They should give a free juice day for all of the BS the last two days.

It says on their main page that there could be some problems periodically.
I read that "They are moving to an ISP that is used by all the books in Costa Rica. " - Once up it should be up for good.
