I started using BetRoyal when Aces Gold went under and they were offering a 1-for-1 matching on the money lost at Aces if you deposited money with BetRoyal. I really appreciated their offer but this is the only out where I am constantly aggravated when I try to place bets. They have great customer service and probably pay out on time (I havent met my rollover requirement yet to know this first hand but I dont doubt the reviews)...but here is my complaint about BetRoyal.....
First, when I go to their site thru my bookmark it often times (at least 50% of the time) takes for-freaking-ever to download and sign on. WWTS, some other non-sponser, and yes even SIA, I get on instantly. So I dont think its my browser, but I could be wrong.
Second, and this has happened a few times, after hitting confirm to place a bet, an error window will pop up and tell me about some java source code error in line 427 or something like that. My wager amount will appear in the columm that lists the amount of my total in play wagers, but if I go to click on it to see it it either stalls and the window wont come up or the window comes up and doesnt show the wager I just placed (remember that I got an error window after hitting confirm but the amount still showed in the "in place" window). Now I can tell you for sure which takes precedence. Even though the "in play" box shows the amount I just thought I wagered, if you click that box and dont see it listed then it isnt valid. I think this has happened 4 times total and twice its helped me and twice it went against me. I bet very small amounts so I didnt call and complain since its evened out everytime I make two bets and this occurs. But my point is that I end up sitting there talking to myself half the time when I try to place a wager here. Its just frustrating and its something I dont experience with other outs that I have.
Third, and I might be going crazy here, but when I signed on Monday night at 8:20 to bet the Rams/Bucs game, there was no line listed. They had next weekends games but not Monday nights. I looked all thru that page thinking maybe it was accidentally lost in the middle of next weeks lines but I swear that game wasnt listed on my browser window. lol
If any of these problems that I am experiencing with BetRoyal are caused by my browser, then I would love to know how to fix it, what to reset, what to clear out, or whatever.
