This is by far the WORST, WORST, SHADIEST Sportsbook I have ever dealt with. I strongly urge everyone to never, ever use this sportsbook. Also, that Tim J guy that posts here is a fraud. In this post, I will tell you about how Tim J and Betroyal cheated me out of $139.

OK, so I downloaded Betpro for the free $100 promo that they were offering. You really have to read the fine print in that offer. However, you have to deposit $100 just to be eligible for the promo and make a withdrawal of $200. While I was checking my account, it was about $150 or so at one point from the initial $100 while trying to build the rollover they told me about the $100 deposit you have to deposit (I was checking rollover when I found out about this). So okay, thats fine by me. I email Tim (a week ago) and ask him if he wants the $100 deposit or if he might be able to waive it since I am a good customer (I had no problem making the deposit right then and there). I don't hear back from him until yesterday. A few days later, I call betroyal about making a deposit and they act like a bunch of morons and say WU is the BEST way and I can do neteller or CC but they like WU, I say I will just talk to Tim (he seems to know what he's doing). Since then, some time has expired and my account now sits at $339 from winnings and I still have not been able to make a deposit (well I made one this morning neteller for $100). Back it up for a second though, I talk to Tim yesterday and explain the situation (while this occurred I was trying to make a deposit and trying to contact him) he really doesn't care but says he can see my point of view.

Also, he informs me that once I deposit the $100 (done today) and withdraw the $200, I will lose all the money in the account ($139) that has been made while trying to deposit with them.


Also, they tried some weird deposit options with me:

WU (no rollover)
Neteller (3x Rollover)
CC (3x Rollover and 10 business day wait before any withdrawal)

At that point, I tell him I am going to make this post at all the gambling websites I am a member of (and I will) and he starts screaming at me :nono: :scared :nono: .

DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM BETROYAL!!!!

Jon, you aren't losing anything. The maximum bonus is $200 and you were awarded that. And, you didn't even have to make the deposit to build it up as required in the rules. Granted, you made the deposit a week later but still got a $200 bonus for nothing and $200 is the maximum.

You even emailed me a few days ago telling me how happy you were with royal?

I have talked to you and Tim during this dispute and I still don't understand why you are upset. You got what you had coming to you as stated in the rules for the PROMO.

There is definitely a misunderstanding or bad communication going on here but as far as I can tell from reading the rules, there's no foul. You guys can discuss it here and Tim is welcome to add but I still think this one is a no brainer.

Maybe i am still missing something.

I have no problem taking a side in any case but this one is a total misunderstanding in my opinion.

I stand by everything I wrote in the email above. Betroyal and Tim J are a bunch of crooked thieves. That Tim J has a temper too yelling at me on the phone :scared :nono: :scared I explained everything real clear in a timeline sequence and I'm anxious to see what Tim J has to say and other members as well.

I explained you and Jack the rules and regulations of the BetPro bonus. As I said on my emails and phone call I will make sure the payment is processed.

As for the yelling, I dont remember yelling at you, I remember when you called that I said to call our Customer Service Department to request your payment, that after I explained many times how the bonus work. If it sounded like yelling my personal and sincere apologies.

Here is a question for you and your company...

When I emailed you shortly after the promo before the acct was run up that high about making a deposit why did it take you at least a week to respond? Also, when I called Betroyal why did they give me the run around about making a deposit as well (Only Western Union, credit cards 10-12 bus days, etc, etc, its all listed above).

You know damn well why. It was because your company did not want to pay me at the time and since then I have ran the acct up even higher therefore you are going to punish me for YOUR incompetency. You're a crook and so is who you work for.

correct! the maximum withdrawal for the PROMO is $200, not $339. What is so confusing about this?

so you now deposited your $100 (which is available in your account to bet with and win as much as you want) and you got $200 for free (the maximum bonus according to the rules that you already took out). You started with 0, turned that into $200, deposited $100 to get your $200 and you want more when the rules state the max bonus is $200?

I still don't get why you're so upset.

I'm really PISSED OFF ABOUT THIS!!!! No, I tried to make a deposit with them early on to no avail. Tim J knows this as well as he was sent the email. I got them on the phone and they would not let me deposit except for Western Union, which costs a ton of fees, If I made a cc deposit I would have had to wait at least 2+ weeks to make a withdrawal, and I used to have a neteller acct but I didn't have the new one registered with neteller yet because it takes 2-3 business days.

I emailed Tim J about this once the account was at about $150 and he never answered until a week later. I'm sure an accomadation could have been made for me to make a deposit sooner. As you and they know I have been a good customer of theirs in the past. Their customer service on the phone sucks and I mean sucks.

I'd be happy to talk to you on the phone about it or whenever. I have a headache from this right now and I still stand by what I have said in this thread. I stand by what I said AND EVERYTHING I said in this thread. They're a bunch of crooks!

i've read so many people say they don't like this book and tons of other books are praised by everyone. why not just play at the top notch books like pinny,the greek, dsi, 5 dimes, etc. its not worth a headache for a chance at "a free 200 bucks".

Hopefully this isn't the case with Betroyal. I do find it hard to believe that this book was giving you the run around in attempt not to pay you $150-$200. Besides wasn't that Tim J guy in Europe recently? If so, that may be why he didn't get back to you. Also the payment options they gave you are normal. If you didn't want to wait the days using a credit card eat the $15 WU fee so you could collect the money ASAP. I do hear a lot of negative stuff about them and am not trying to endorse them in anyway, but that is how this promo is.

I'm just going to chalk this one up as a $139 loss. Had a migraine headache when I came home from work today and my BP was way, way too high. It's not worth it.

FWIW, after I roll over the $100 I am required to have in my account these crooks won't see another dime from me.

I really don't have anything else to add on the subject.

As stated above in my initial post, I contacted Tim J and Betroyal several times when the account was only at $150 about making a deposit and withdrawal. I was consistently given the run around.

I realize they're a sponsor but everyone has the right to know about the way they do business.

It's that simple.

thy got that new promotion $101 for $101. so i made a deposit and got that $101 free play. I used it on 2 team parlay for the NBA playoffs but I couldn't find it in my history. So I called them and guy told me that it's a new promo and they can't do it but it's in their system. I told him that it was weird because all other shops I played with allow you to view your free play in account history. Guy had me call them after games are over. I'm wondering if they credit my account when I win.
