I know you said I would get paid and I think I will eventually, but the runaround continues. I was told I would have a tracking number for my check request on Wednesday, and now they tell me it will be "very soon" and the system now shows pending. I guess if I ever get the damn check, it will feel like Christmas. Very soon could be 2 years if you are sitting in a jail cell. :mj07: :mj07:

Requests for a cashiers check may be made through BetRoyal Client Services Department via telephone or e-mail request.

Tracking number and courier service used, when available, will be e-mailed to you as long as you have a current e-mail address on file.

My last check was drawn on an independant bank out of Miami and my bank did not hold it at all due to my balance. I got the same run around that you are getting for a while but I called them every fraeking every day and they probably got tired of talking to me. Good luck.

got the run around yet again today. Now they say Monday or Tuesday at the very latest according to their processors. After I was promised Wednesday or Friday.

most of these books are no good, I`ve been with caribsports for 8 years and when it comes to get a cashout, they do it with a smile and never longer than5 days to get it, a book you can trust in is CARIBSPORTS.

Going on Day 27 now for the check request, they say:

"The system shows it will process anyday now, and we can only rely on what our processor tells us."

IE or Jack, this is getting ridiculous. I know they are a sponsor, but this run around is getting old. I can't get a straight answer, even from their CFO:

The situation is that we are using third party processors who are using
independent processors shipping checks drawn on a US bank from within the
States.

We can?t use local cashiers checks or company checks because most banks
would not accept them in the States or clearing takes weeks.

It is the current climate regarding processing and I have to live with it.
When we submit checks to the processor they give us an expected date of
shipping but unfortunately there are many changes on it which we only see at
night when they update the accounts. Your check is scheduled now for
between Tuesday and Thursday and is one of the oldest pending. I expect no
further delays so I will keep you informed.

I know this explanation is not exactly what you want to hear but that is the
current situation. After all star break processing will start building for
the new season so new processing possibilities will be added.

it's payment processor problems just like bodog had. they do not control the flow, the processors do and until things get worked out, if they ever do, their hands are tied. some books don't seem to have the problem but a lot of books do.

The banks that choose to work with offshore gambling sites in spite of the law are very skitish about being to obvious. These processors generally will set a limit on how many checks that they are willing to process in any given day. Frequently the requests for payout outnumber their self imposed limit and when this happens for consecutive days and weeks, the list backs up.

I finally got my tracking number today, but the crappy thing is when I called them for it, they acted like oh, you didn't get your tracking number yet? Gimme a break, won't look a gifthorse in the mouth though. Now I can go terrorize buffets at will again!!!
