Thought the same thing this morning when I saw the line.I thought it would be at 5 or 6.So at 8.5 everyone in the world jumped on it.
But think defense is the key. Both teams are explosive but both can stop each other.I think anytime you have equal teams like that and the line is between 7-8 I'll always take the dog.And since I'm getting another half pt I'll jump on that. GL

I'm gonna stretch my 2 cents into a hunnert feet of copper wire...

I think Marquette plays overly cautious today.

I think they fall way behind and can't catch up.

Cincy is a well-oiled, smooth running machine.

Frontcourt, backcourt, both ends of the court and all points in between.

Bearcats by 15.

Will agree the advantage is with cincy...

Will agree the advantage is with cincy...

since they are playing on thier home court, both are going to the big dance, but their should be more pressure on cincy because they are playing for #1 seed in the tourney.

I hope this helped out some people. Oddsmakers took all that time this morning for a reason setting the lines.

Another game that smells ALA -3, all public is on them. They should be spotting alot more. Could be TRAP#2.

WATCH OUT!

Hope this helps.

Wizz.

Cincy was an 11pt fave a couple of weeks ago against Marquette, game was in Cincy. Marquette played them tough, had a good chance to win the game. Line opened at 9 this morning, no 'trap' was set or line put there to get Marquette action...just because Marquette played them to a 1pt game last time out, the line isn't going to change by 6 pts or something like that...they tweaked it a couple of points and that was it. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I looked at 5 different books and had no line on Cinncinnati till about closer to 10:30 this morning. They definitely took more time adjusting or setting the lines for today after the blood bath they took yesterday with public plays killing them.
Just my opinion.

it opened out here at 7:30 am along with the other games that didnot have over night lines, and the reason some games didnot have overnight lines were due to not knowing who opp.would be till past office hours or some guys were banged up alittle and mar. fell under the latter they were waiting to see if henry's foot was going to swell up after game,so that was the reason and the line opened in the morning. opened 8.5 and stayed that way at most places some 8's and just a couple 7.5 and they didnot stay there long they were back to 8 within about 8-10 mins so was not alot of movement here onside. total there was but not on side.

and thanks maryland for the ass kicking:mad:
