BETUS cashout

I made a cashout on monday and it is still pending?

I have faxed them the CC verification and everything?


and the funny thing is... I tried to cashout last friday w/out the CC verification and they canceled it in an hour saying i need the verification form


anybody else having this problem w/ betus?

the pending cashout states " Waiting Supervisor Authorization"


and the one i tried on friday stated " Cancelled (Credit Card paperwork incomplete)"
