BetUS Issue, Advice?

On Sunday I made two deposits to BetUS, but was charged for three. I was informed, after I made my two deposits, that I would be receiving a match play. However, the match play was actually a third deposit that was run, unbeknownst to me.

I called and complained. They told me that they would refund my money but it would take around a month. Fine.

I called back to confirm this. They told me that they would be refunding my money but SENDING ME to collections to re-recover it!?!? WTF?

I'm pretty close to just calling my bank and having them issue me a charge back. Anyone have any advice as to this? Why would I not charge back?

They aren't sending you to collections. Send me your name and account ID with a detailed explanation of the problem, and I'll see what I can do to help you out. Sounds like a screw up by a dumb ass clerk :shrug:
