Well how do you follow a fortnight of that? I suppose the answer is with more of the same, let us hope the next fortnight is as exciting and enthralling. All that makes up the beautiful game has been on show ? Argentina- Fernando Torres- Ghana- Lionel Messi- Ivory Coast- F*t Boy-Graham Poll etc etc. Germany, Sweden, Argentina and Mexico please carry on the good work today? Enjoy!

Who to Play for Saturday?s Games

Germany -125 vs Sweden +400

You have one excited writer here, as finally the drama begins. If you read my 1st piece on who will advance, I told you all Germany would win every game in their group easy and they did not disappoint. The Germans have gotten better every match and looked like a champion team against Ecuador. They are going into to their game against Sweden scoring 8 goals and letting in 2 in their qualifying games. Sweden on the other hand were lucky to tie England last game and have only scored 3 goals to 2 let in. This game will be about pressure. Can Germany handle the heat of playing in front of their home crowd? I think this will be an exciting soccer game with a lot of long balls from the wingers and headers inside the box. My predicted score in this game is 1-1 with it ending in the dreaded shootout. BetWWTS has the draw on this game at +200 and the over and under at Under 2.5 -150. I really like the Under in this game and will be playing the Draw at +200.

Argentina -250 vs Mexico +750

This should be a stunning football game with a ton of scoring chances. Argentina are coming into the Round of 16 as one of the clear favorites and have scored 8 goals and have had 1 goal scored on them. Mexico are one of the highest rated teams it the world, boast the most prolific scorer in soccer and is coming off a loss. There are a lot of interesting stories in this game. Everyone expects Argentina to go back to their 4-4-2 formation they threw out against Holland and Mexico will stick with their 3-4-1-2 set up. This should make for a lot of scoring opportunities and my favorite bet of the day is the Over in this game. BetWWTS is offering the number at Over 2.5 Even and I think that is stealing. As far as the side goes, I can?t lay -250 on a game that can go to Overtime and I don?t want to take Mexico, as if they win it will be in penalty kicks. I see nothing on this game side wise, but simply love the over 2.5 as a 2-1 Argentina win or a 2-2 game going into OT is a likely score.
