worst customer service experience i have ever had they keep giving me the run around over charged my master debit card and all i can get for the past week is call back in two hours like im gonna just forget about it . So if you are gambling with them good luck they probally will not pay. If you love youre money and i know i love mine dont mess with these guys.

there are some 'shady' books on here (no offense jack) that have bad reps
let's see: Royal, Betus, SBC, Sia (not as bad), Sportsbook.com.
I would stick to these: Wsex, Jamaica, Vip (any of them), 5Dimes, Oly, Pinny, Nine, Bodog, Cris, Bowmans, Carib (bad bonuses, pricy withdrawals). Forget the rest, just asking for trouble. All of the good ones pay quick with no problems.

why does sportsbook.com have a bad rep? they were the first book I used, and have never had a problem receiving my withdrawals from them ever, and I actually find that their customer service reps are some of the best that I've come across. I don't use them as much anymore cause I can find better lines at many other books. By the way, sportsbook.com does give out very good comps to
its loyal and higher rollers.
I keep most of my funds at pinny and olympic now, but find that olympic customer service reps always have an attitude when I talk to them.
I've read about a case of them stealing money out of players accounts a few months ago.
Also they take a few days to process a Neteller WD, totally unacceptable when Pinny, Jamaica, Wsex, and many others do them within an hour. The norm should be a couple hours tops. No excuses.

imo sportsbook.com sux. first book i started with online 5 years ago and took 3 months to get 5k out of them. about 100 emails and phone calls and checks in the mail crap. their customer service sucked at the time. low limits, really bad lines, and only halftimes for games that were nationally televised.
maybe they've changed since then, but i can't speak of that. i know they lost my business forever then.
as for sia, they are surely a square book with lower limits, but they have made great strides to payout quickly now. dog betters betting up to 500 a game should love that place. sia is light years better than sportsbook.com.

I agree with most of what you say BDB, guess thats why I've withdrawn most of funds out of that acct, the thing that really annoyed me was the halftime lines on the televised games only, became increasingly annoying as I started to play more and more ht lines. Mind me asking what books you currently use? I'm looking to sign up with a few more, but just don't really have the time to go read up on every book and find all out all the info....
Someday I when I get time, I will add to the Bad legacy of Betus.com. Lonnnnnnnnnnng history of negativity experienced firsthand by me & friends, The most recent being (paying them upwards of $100 for next day UPS delivery of payment and have it come 7-10 days later by an unknown courrier.)
Quite honestly, I was shocked to see Jack endorse them as a preferred Sportsbook. Of the 10 or so offline shops that I have dealt with, they have,by far, the worst customer service. Everyone I know has gotten paid, but often it has been worse than pulling teeth. Sometimes they try to talk you out of a withdrawal by asking what you want tje money for. And the classic question when opening an account: What is your favorite team ? Duh. I also have proof that they deal more than one set of lines. Also check out their rules.............they are at least 10 15 pages !! I could go on & on. Someday, like I mentioned, I will.
