Takin all the favs today...........lots of mismatches out there i think......there are some really bad teams in conference......Nebraska and KState are the worst two and do not expect them to win against Mizzou and Colorado.........

Texas usually manhandles Baylor at home. 11 is not too much to cover. I expect the refs to suck on the whistles at Texas and Baylor gets pushed around. Iowa State has covered as dogs twice already this year. Have been on them both times. Today I am on Okie State. Okie State is a very solid team and I think wins 65-55 or something like that. Think they really "d" it up today.

OU against Tech. Think OU wins this one by 20. OU is really good. Tough to beat at home. And Tech will get pushed around I think.

i may be crazy but there is a good chance tech wins this game and now the line is up to 11 it is even better. the red raiders are ready to earn some respect and today is the day.

last week K-State, a team that can hardly tie its shoes, played with them in Lubbock for 30 minutes......then pretty much played like 4th grade girls the last 10 minutes to lose by about 20.....also was not impressed with their win against A&M......if you beat A&M by 2, just not that good.......

they do not play physical ball.....works if the refs call it taht way, but at OU???? i think Bobby may get his first ejection today.....

I would be on OU anything under 15......

This team is OVERRATED and will be exposed today. Techies claim that their beloved college is some sort of basketball mecca, when in reality it's just a nice piece of trash on the overall dump that is Lubbock. Truth be told, OU is gonna stomp a mudhole in their ass so big that they could drive one of those tractor trailers they love so much right through the heart of it.

Sand Ags will be in the midst of going 1-7 during an eight-game conference stretch (including OU on today). That is reality. There are no Sam Houstons or Wyomings in the top half of the Big XII. I think it benefits everyone here to know how overrated tech is.

been reading here for some time, finally registered so i could compliment FELONIOUS MONK on his username...straight, no chaser...w/ many here on okla-10, also going w/ mia/fl-8.5(va tech)3*, see a serious effort here by the canes to kick it & make it a blowout...also, kan-3(ucla)3*, realize bruins have some homecourt mojo, but jayhawks playing seamlessly of late, weak ucla guardplay will be the most glaring difference...lines from cris & olympic, rating 1-5*...nice site, hope to contribute...gl, caper

I like Kansas also at UCLA...UCLA has never impressed me this year, even with all the talent they have, but today they face their biggest challenge and I think the Jays will be too much for them. UPDATE: I wasn't aware they already started but I stand by my statement.

As for my name, you're gonna laugh but I seriously don't know where it originated. I'm only 28 but I'm thinking that it was popular in my rug rat days. Now I'm aware of the jazz musician "Thelonious Monk" but I remember reading a limerick that had me liking the name for some reason. The limerick went something like this:

The abbot stood over the bunk
And said, "That's my piano you punk!
It is mine, I can tell,
And belongs in my cell;
You're a thieving Felonious Monk."

Is this the reference that brought about "Felonious Monk"? Maybe you can help me out with that. :shrug:
