Texas +7 **:scared :scared
Texas +220:scared :scared

OU has not played as well as the score has indicated in the last 2 games. Broken plays amounted to 1st Quarter scores against TCU and Baylor. After 1st quarter, TCU outplayed OU and Baylor wasn't clearly out of their league.

Texas is much improved this year. I think they have a better defense than OU does. OU QB Bradford is the most overrated player in the country. He has a great O line but I think he will get rattled in this game.

Big questions on OU D-line as well with Granger and McCoy being at best injured and at worst out of the game. I think Texas will run the ball well and play action for some big plays. I also look for Tex. QB to play well.

In the Red River shootout, playing the dog especially when these teams are evenly matched isn't a bad proposition. I think this game is basically a coin flip and the value lies in Texas. Only thing that worries me with this play is Big Game Mac vs. Big Game Bob. But hey, I like the points and the juice.

Mizzou -13.5 ***

I don't think OSU is as good as people think. I think Mizzou wins this big at home. OSU gave up way too many points to a very bad TAMU team.

Mizzou should be up for this game as OSU is undefeated. I disagree with the notion that this is a trap game. I think Mizzou is a hungry team and improving every week to date. Their defense also impressed me against Nebraska.

Only concern is the hype MU is receiving locally plus the number is now 14.5 at many books. Also, I disagree about this being a trap game. MU was sky high for Nebraska and you know they're peaking ahead to Austin just a little bit.

Agree with Texas and going to buy to +7.5 (-120) Game appears close on paper and Texas has the defensive line to pressure Bradford. OU's defense is overhyped as well. I watched Cincy move the ball easily on them and TCU should have kept the game closer than the final score, but had some bad breaks.

Big 12 fan here too. I agree with you in your opinion that OU hasn't played as well as it seemed in their last two games, but I can't agree that UT will be able to run the ball. QB McCoy is UT's leading rusher and this ain't the spread offense led by Vince Young. Horn's pass defense isn't good at all and unless the UT can get pressure on Sooner QB Bradford, making him get rid of the ball before he wants to, this may get out of hand because Bradford is the most accurate QB I've seen in a long, long time.

With you on Mizzou, Okie State gave up 400+ yards to A&M and scored on two interception returns and also on a punt return. Okie State will have to score on every possession to keep up with Mizzou because their defense ain't stopping Chase Daniel.

BOL this week and always.

Listen you may be right about Texas covering obviously you dont like OU or you like Texas alot for whatever reason but your logic is so out of whack its like where do you start. You say because OU blows them out 21-3 and 28-0 in the first qtr and because of that OU has not played that well in the last 2 games. TCU loaded up the box with 9 and Bradford the guy you say is the most overrated QB in the nation had a career day. After the 1st qtr they still outscored both teams and Baylor is not the Baylor of old I agree they are a much better team but on offense they are more like a one man team with Griffith. As far as Bradford being the most overrated QB in the nation, I have no idea how you can argue that. As far as the defenses; the stats dont back you back other than scoring def by a couple of points. Granger has been out and hasnt hurt OU at all and from what I have read this will be the first game OU will be completely healthy the ENTIRE year. Granger and Mccoy are practicing and both should start. OU at least has played TCU which is a good team. Texas has not played one team in the top 90 so noone knows if Texas is good on defense or offense they have played NOONE. Especially on defense, they are playing the old Kstate schedule and those corners are going to have big problems against that overrated QB; Texas has to have a big game from basically their only weapon on offense Mccoy who is their top rusher. He is going to have to make plays on the fly. He is having a great season but again if you dont play a team in the top 90 its hard to gauge how good you are. There are too many unknowns in the game. Obviously it will come down to turnovers. Bradford thew two picks against Cincy and that is the best secondary he will face all year. They had a 1st team all american on it. If Cincy qb had not gotten hurt cincy would have had a better year but thats football. I am not even playing the game because there are too many unknowns but usually in rivalry games they are close so you may be right. Good luck on your play should test and both teams will see how good they are. I am on the other side with OSU; I bought it to 14.5; you are right OSU is horrible on the road that is the one thing I am worried about but OSU offense is scary. OU will lose at OSU at the of year because its so hard to stop that offense. Troy is a pretty decent team and they shredded them. So unless OSU turns it over 4 times; I cant see Missou covering 2 TD; OSU is too diversified they dont throw it 40 times a game like Missou so its so hard to stop that offense. It should be a great game with Texas up next; we will find out really soon how good Missou is. Its going to be a great Saturday for College football I cant wait :0corn

Mizzou -500 :scared :scared

Mizzou wins this one 9/10 times. The one time is when Chase Daniel gets hurt. :scared :scared

Okie State is not good. Nearly outgained by a bad TAMU team -- reinforced by TAMU getting spanked at home by Kansas State team.

Also -- Adding one star to play

Mizzou -14 * (now 4 unit play)

Will not touch the total.

Also any "trap game" theory with Mizzou is less likely as team will be pumped to possible gain #1 ranking I believe. Fans will be too. I expect a very electric atmosphere for the home team.
