Pac 10 will come in trying to run and gun their way to the final four. What they don't realize is that the 4 Big 12 teams can run and shoot with anyone. The X Factor will be the tenacious defense and rebounding of the Big 12 school. Our conference prides itself on D and Rebounding, we alll know we can run and gun with just about anyone. Maybe Maryland and Duke in a class of their own but the Big 12 matches up very strong against the Pac 10 style. They want to run and gun they play right into our hands. Kansas by far has the most difficult matchup playing a Big 10 team that will get after the glass and clamp down on Defense.
Big 12 will dominate the Pac 10!

Missouri and Oklahoma both won the battle of the boards and helt their opponents to 40 % shooting. While Oklahoma shot 45% from the floor and Missour shot 48%. This all adds up to a Texas vicory tonght.

I have been saying this all along about the BIG 12....These teams have been playing these types of games all season......I'm trying to get these people here who don't follow the BIG 12 like we do to understand this......It should be pretty clear after last night.....but we can only doso much....
Also from what I have seen all year from Illinois is that it's a one-man show with Frank Williams....that doesnt cut the mustard here my friend.....Roy will have this team ready to pummell(sp?) the Illini..
