The CFSB Center is going to be rocking tonight, make no mistake about it.

The home of the Racers is potentially looking at its first sellout since 2012, and for good reason.

The hype around this 15-2 Murray State team, and Ja Morant, is at a different level as it is. Add the fact the Racers are playing against Belmont, and it makes it that much better.

Despite the hype behind tonight's game, it's just another game for Matt McMahon and his Racers.

"I think it's another big week of conference play," McMahon said. "I've said it from day one, we approach every game the same way We need three good days of practice this week, prepare for another very good team on Thursday. I think that's where our focus will be. (I'm) excited that there's a lot of energy and enthusiasm around the program ... It should be an awesome atmosphere. But I think the best way to build a good team is just to be consistent in preparation."

Just like always, the Belmont Bruins will be the challenge that fans expect when they walk in to the arena to play.

SCOUTING BELMONT

The Bruins come into tonight's contest with a 13-4 record on the season, and are 4-2 in conference play. Both losses in OVC play have at the hands of Jacksonville State.

This isn't the same Belmont team the Racers defeated in the OVC Championship last March. It includes many new faces and new weapons, but still includes Dylan Windler.

"The (Nick) Muszynski kid inside is terrific ? can score with either hand in the post," McMahon said. "Really skilled, great passer, 6-11, looks to be 235?240. Really good player. Grayson Murphy, their point guard, really fills the stat sheet in just about every category. Those two guys have had exceptional redshirt freshman years. (Caleb) Hollander, their pick and pop four man ... And then you have the two seniors (Kevin) McClain and Windler, who have been incredible so far this season."

Windler leads the team in scoring and rebounding, averaging 18.9 points and 9.3 rebounds per game. Him, along with Muszynski (15.1), McClain (14.6) and Murphy (10.8) all average double figures for the Bruins. Murphy is the leading assist man on the team, averaging 5.6 dimes per game.

Belmont is averaging 86.3 PPG, and only allowing its opponents to score 76.6 PPG.
