First, I must re-introduce myself.
My name is IBleedGreen, and I am still a bitter NHL fan who lost his team 5 years ago.
The whale will always live on. Anyway, now I am an astute law student in NYC and still an avid hockey fan. I went bust on my first pick, so I?m 0-1. (Who thought the Rangers wouldn?t beat Columbus yesterday???) so, IM going to try to redeem myself.

Here it goes:

TORONTO (MONEYLINE ?440)
It may look so obvious, and it is, that one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference plays the worst Tuesday night as the Toronto Maple Leafs entertain the Atlanta Thrashers at the Air Canada Centre, but Toronto is a great bet
-Toronto has just one loss in its last seven games
-Toronto is also unbeaten in its last four home games (3-0-1)

NJ v Tampa Bay UNDER 4.5(EVEN)
-Tampa Bay has only one win in its last nine games (1-6-1-1) and continues to struggle offensively. Only the Colorado Avalanche have given up fewer goals than the Lightning (96), but no one has scored fewer (85).
-Tampa Bay is 1-0-1 against New Jersey with two games remaining.

CAROLINA -.5 (-130)
-They are ready to win after losing three straight in their last three home games. They do not want to have their first 4 game losing streak at home since 1994!
-Their hungry for a win.

DETROIT -.5 (-200)
-No brainer. Sean Burke will be out and backup Robert Esche is just 2-5-0.
-Even though Phoenix is stellar at home, Detroit will whoop some ass. Awww Yeah baby.

GOOD LUCK
:moon:

Welcome to the forum!
I like your Car. & Tor. plays. I have not looked at the total on NJ close enough to warrant an opinion. I hope Det. does not look ahead to their game tomorrow night at Dallas. Still the Wings are much more skilled, but you never as you said. Who would have thought NYR would lose to Columbus in their own building. NYR are a bunch of jokers.

welcome to the forum, i read your glowing recommendation by mistakefinder. hope you like here.

one request though. if you're going to track your record, it's only useful to others if you track your units won/loss as well because in hockey and baseball there are huge favourites and a win/loss record doesn't reflect what it should. i only bring this up cuz I see you like to play heavy faves. btw - this applies to others in the forum as well (if any of you read this)

while i agree the leafs should win tonight and taking moneyline is appealing (instead of laying 1.5 goals), -400 is a pass in my books. only way i'd take -400 is if I were to parlay it with something else.

remember buster douglas? :)
