Las Vegas trip for 2 or $500 cash from madjacksports.com. We pay for airfare and accommodations for 2 nights and 2 tickets to the 4th annual Mad Jack Sports Superbowl Party (continental US residents only for the airfare).
To participate, a minimum deposit is required. A $500 deposit qualifies for the FULL prize money?.. $15,000 1st prize, the $5000 2nd place prize, $2000 3rd, etc. A $250 deposit qualifies for half the posted prizes. $7500 1st prize and $2500 2nd place finish, etc.
The deposit is NOT an entry fee. It is your money to bet and use like you normally do with any sportsbook account you may have. The ONLY requirement is that you roll it over 4 times before withdrawal.
You must call Infinity Sports and tell them the deposit you made is for madjacks NFL contest and then you must send an email to jack@madjacksports.com and customerservice@betoninternet.com with the following information:

When deposit was made:
Make sure you send all the required information within ONE HOUR of making your deposit or you will NOT get entered.
If you already have a funded account at Infinity Sports, you STILL must add to your account, the required amount, in order to qualify for the prizes. No exceptions. You also must notify Infinity and MadJack within one hour after adding funds your account.
No deposits made before June 4th will count.
You must roll over your deposit 4 times before withdrawal.
Deadline for entry deposits is the Saturday before opening day kick off for NFL Week 1.
The contest will run the entire season in the Infinity Sports Contest forum.
