Yeah, I noticed that too. The rule is 145 and under, so if you get it at that number or lower, let 'er rip! I have not seen Portland St play but I have seen Sacramento St play and they do play an up tempo.

For rankings purposes, Portland St is 87th and Sacramento is 162nd in pace of play. Portland St is actually a higher scoring team on the road and Sacramento St is naturally higher scoring at home. Score prediction is 149 points.

That N Arizona hook loss was brutal. Missed FT, then NA pulls out a wide open layup with 27 seconds left, and then ref blatantly ignores an intentional foul with 15 seconds left and then clock runs out.
