Big Ten Games

There are two games that stood out right away when I saw the lines and played them both.

Ohio State -6.5 6 Units
There will be a blow out, Iowa really hasn't played anyone and they looked like crap so far this year.

Michigan -8 6 Units
They will beat the gophers by 20+ and with Mason behind the wheel, this is a Jetta running into a Train. Wolverines will control every aspect of this game.

look at there record at kinnick- i believe 24 wins outta there last 25 games

-6 doesnt look bad but a blowout at home would be the first in a long time-

:nono: Anyone that can make this statement has never been in Iowa City on game day. The crowd will be rocking the hell out of Kinnick, and it should be close either way. It's not like OSU blew Penn State (who I consider an inferior team to Iowa) out of the water at home.

I would be careful jumping on Ohio St ...line looks good sure , for the Buckeye Backers...that's where the book is gonna make all their money.. if this line was based on how Iowa has played vs the way OSU has played thus far..it would be 16 or 17pts...but being it is less.. something is fishy here and I smell UPSET ALERT...Iowa has played very vanilla all year ...we are 4-0..just did enough to get by and win..heck we even sat TATE out for a game...This is a prime time game in Iowa City with Gameday there for the first time in 10 years..you will see a different Hawk Team sat night.. not the team who kept every thing basic to beat Montana, Syracuse, The Clowns, and Illinois..ferentz doesn't worry about running up scores to impress anyone.. just wants to get the win and show as little as possible for this game. This is the game that will Propel Drew Tate into the Heisman Race... don't under estimate the Hawks.. be careful..very careful..and I am sure us Hawk BACKERS can wait a few days as the spread goes up and get some extra pts! Although we hopefully will not need them!

initial reaction to the line is that it says ohio state or pass would be the play.

this game will attract equal money on both sides because you can make good cases for both teams.

you can almost make a case that iowa will be a bit of a public dog. not saying a public play. but rather, a lot of people will be eager to grab the points with an iowa team that is #13 and getting a touchdown at home in a night game.

expected this line to be 3.5 or 4.

everyone has this as their 'slip up' for ohio state.

really think ohio state wins by 10+ though.

iowa plus a full touchdown almost looks too good to be true.

Your inital thought wasn't far off. Pinnacle had this along with a few other games up early Sunday afternoon during the early 1:00 NFL games.

Ohio St was -3 & I brought down a .5. The line rocketed up to 6.5 in a short time. This game might be a nice middle opportunity for some out there.

If the Buckeyes would have dominated PSU from the beginning of the game on, this would have been a great spot for Iowa. But with OSU getting a bit of a wakeup call this past Saturday, I don't think they will stumble here.
