In 1999, Bill Morgan was declared dead for over 14 minutes but somehow survived. To celebrate his luck, he bought a lottery ticket and won a $27,000 car. The media/news asked him to re-enact the scratch card moment so he bought another card and won a $250,000 jackpot on live television.

Long flight to Vegas from MELBOURNE, Australia, just sayin'

And just like in Canada no tax on gambling/lottery in Australia, so he got all the money tax free.

Of course this happened in 1999, so maybe Bill is no longer with us, or maybe Bill is a Billionaire now:walk:
