I’m on vacation and been a bit detached…

has the NFL still not made a decision on what they are doing?! It’s now Thursday. Seems a bit insane and, frankly cowardly. Definitely incompetent.

Wow - thanks.

so now we are just waiting on how they treat the games and seeds?

feels like they should play it, move the games back a week. And kill the week before super bowl.

that, to me, keeps everything the most standard and fair.

That's logistically improbable. I'm sure it was considered.

Heard some thoughts of scrapping Bills/ Bengals Then having AFC Championship on neutral field.

Billls -7 might be a play. Especially with thr good news from Hamlin. Might be a huge inspirational play.

Still no decision. Just throwing out possibilities social media and hoping to get Some consensus. This is so sad and such a sign of the times. We don’t think about what’s right - just what the majority will find ok. Gross.

NFL - billion dollar league throwing out theories with no decisions.

The NFL is way PC and is terrified of being labeled as insensitive. They could easily reschedule this game if they really wanted to.

The game has been officially cancelled. And it is not just about the NFL. They have to consult with the Players Association.

It really doesn’t matter one iota what the majority think. It’s what the most vocal politically correct crowd wants. The NFL doesn’t want to upset the vocal cancel crowd. Sickening the way so many groups buckle to the woke mob!

That would have been a good decision for fantasy players also, plus then there wouldn't have to be any changes. Now Goodell and the owners are using win percentage, neutral field for AFC chanpionship, this is jacked up.:shrug:

The homefield implications of this game are huge. There is no reason why this game shouldn't be played.

The last 44 playoff games played : home team won 24. road team won 20 . Last season : GB TB TENN KC all lost at home. The NFL couldn't move all the games back one wk. They didn't know if the Bills were going to play the Pats this wk. If Damar died / no brain function this wk, what then ? This could have been so much worse. Shut down the one game and move on. Fantasy Fools; get a LIfe ! Run a simulated game, it's just a fantasy.....

imo, as rude as it may sound. after player being hospitalized and in stable condition game should have been on.

just like the eriksen case in euro champions, match was finished that day.

edit:
biggest problem here is that NFL doesn't have procedure for something like this when match is going on. if there where everybody would know how it goes when someone gets badly hurt.

Jord, was looking at the standings in the contest, did they really give you a loss for that Buffalo pick in the contest or are they giving people who picked that game a 6th pick this week?
Good luck this week!!!
