would love to know a portion of his network. and would venture a guess it includes current coaches, current players, and referees/officials. you don't own 3 golf courses and 5 or 7 houses getting lucky. great piece:SIB

As far as his network? Let's just say he grew up in Kentucky and when my late father was alive, he had heard of BW when he went to Nellis AFB for a TDY assignment. He'll play more in foots than any other sport, college hoops and NBA on occasion, not as much as football though. I know there are several touts or so called touts that did some running for him in Vegas and now they have their own lil service going, one is known in Vegas pretty well, also his guys never go to the same casino's to put in plays, he uses several houses and rotates folks around.
My real name is Bill, but how the heck do you think I got the nickname "Wild Bill"? LOL!! Rainman used to know Billy W pretty well but he won't talk much about it.
