I can't seem to hold my tongue any longer. It seems that yelling at my computer screen just doesn't do it for me any longer. It's become an everyday event reading the latest news (Opinions mostly), suffering thru mindless ranting bloggers, and the guesses of so called professionals. So, I've decided to post some of my "Bitches, Complaints & Guesses". I invite any and all of you to join in. Feel free to agree or disagree with me or post your own complaints and statements.
The only rule is please keep all posts within the frame work of the "At The Track Forum". Consider it as Therapy.
OK, here's my first installment.:director:
After having to cancel last week's Sham Stakes at SA, the racing director decided to move the race to this week end. Easy stuff, Right? Not so fast, my fair weather friend. Apparently, someone forgot to consult the weatherman, because heavy rain is once again predicted for both Sat. and Sun. If SA has to cancel the race again you can expect the major Derby prospects to defect to another race, (timing and earnings are important at this stage) leaving the Sham in Shambles. Can you say "Brain Fart"?:142smilie
Does anyone really think we'll have a filly running in the Derby? Really! Well, I don't. And if it does happen, I 'm convinced it's all Madison Avenue. More buzz for the Derby (as if needed) and more controversy for the Oaks. :nono:
Agree/Disagree?:SIB :SIB :SIB
