The NCAA review process does not work at all. :facepalm:
Penn St game was not an Int. Ball clealry hits the ground. Int. still.
There are others today as well that show the process is somewhat disfunctional.
If there gonna keep it then get a process or personnal to make it work. These old crows making the calls are horrible.
