Coinflip ATM - no paperwork or waiting

Interesting. Closest one to me is 16 miles.

Limits?
How long for confirmations?

I guess I could read about it.

Jack, I have used multiple bitcoin ATM's and they are usually 12-20% higher in actual Bitcoin price. I guess small deposits of a few hundred you can get reload bonus from say bookmaker to cover them but they are generally run by small companies and if you have any issue it can take hours or days to resolve. I stopped using them when the ATM took my ID and cash gave me a receipt yet no confirmation ever arrived on the blockchain. They were based in Europe and it was 4 days before my $3000 was finally loaded. That was the last time.

These are 6.99 percent. CoinATMradar has the fees in your area if you search. Also, Coinflip, Digital Mint, Rockitcoin and Athena are all Chicago companies with American customer support.

The fees are higher than the exchanges online, but I just started too get tired of sending my picture with my ID to customer support every time they changed their KYC requirements.

No - you need a wallet so that you can scan it before you start the transaction or they'll give you one from blockchain.com.

I'm also using the Metal Pay App right now. It used to take 3-5 days to get money into there, but now with a debit card, it takes less than an hour. Bitcoin purchases (as well as their Metal and Proton coins) are done with no fees and it feels like its paypal when you transfer money.
