Just an extra strength pain killer.Sort of relaxes me,chills me out 1 or 2 times a month. Never hurt my 5 mile runs ,just put the Discman on loud and get a good run then a couple hundred 'crunches'..

So for 49, I'll take a shot at alot of kids in their 20's on a 10 kilo. run,ran track since grade 10,it's like an addiction. Ya gotta watch anything you put in your body,MODERATION is the key...
Don't smoke anything,have a few drinks every 2 or 3 MONTHS,so I gotta get a nice 'little'buzz every once in a while. But I 'force' myself to 'earn' it --only after a couple of hours of working the old body HARD.
I'm not saying 'do what I do', my SOFT TISSUE THERAPIST has rehabbed my knee for 3 years and got me working out Harder all the time.
But the Percacet ,you have to watch. If you can't control yourself ,I don't think you should try, even the mild 5 mg. ones I get 'scripted'.They are NOT over the counter.....
