Does anyone know the date or occasion when The General gave the ?I want they bury me upside down so my critics can kiss my ass? speech?

Thanks!:moon:

Seems rather rude.......:0003

"Dude was rude
his vulgar antics,
were rather crude
Across the floor,
He'd kick a chair.
And heave a ball
into the air.
And everyone knew,
he loved to swear.
A Hoosier foul
produced a feud
"Not my fault!",
was his attitude.
All in all,
one might conclude,
"Dude was full of turpitude."

You are one strange dude. I honestly cannot imagine being around you for 24 hours and see how you interact with people (if you even do), see what your dwelling is like, see your thoughts, etc. It would certainly be a tough 24 hours.

Above the Clouds....
Sat behind him and his bench at a NCAA tournament game about 25 years ago. He started a young team that year and knew he was outclassed that night. He sat on the bench most of the night and never yelled or anything.

Growing up watching IU, I saw those moments too. Been to Assembly Hall so many times with my Dad, who was a coach himself. He loved watching the details of their Man-to-man defense. NEVER played a zone in early days.

Can u imagine being in a car with him for 3 hours? Nothing like someone who?s a complete mess trying to tell you how to live your life

Bobby was the commencement speaker at my son's college graduation in Angola. He was funny as Hell and made it an enjoyable experience. The funniest thing was about half way through his speech when he said "I just can't wear this crap anymore" and ripped off his gown. Underneath was one of those cheesy sweaters he always used to coach in. Brought the house down.
