A "PK" is a push if game ends in a tie.

On the "three way moneyline" option (home win, away win, and draw) if you bet on the home team and game ends in a tie, you lose. In other words the "PK" option has two outcomes and the "moneyline" option has three outcomes.

Hence why the odds are different.
