I actually asked the dude the same question at the window... he said they hand bread it fresh and the chicken/ beef is never frozen....


It was juicy and thick... you can't tell from that shitty picture but it was meaty and not overwhelming with a bunch of buffalo sauce... but those fries though... hot and fresh... And the ranch was perfect.
