I emailed them and they responded w/10 mins that amazing customer service!!!!

They were down on Sunday the 13th for 15 minutes right before kickoff. Luckily it saved me from placing a bet on the sorry Arizona Cards.
They go down from time to time, but their customer service is really good. Plus their website is so clean, really professionally done. They don't don't bother with cheesy flashing promos or thousands of graphics on the homepage. I'm continually impressed.
OK enough gushing for a website that has probably taken thousands from me. :cursin:
