Hey guys. Just sharing my experiences. I have made 2 requests for payout. The only way to request a payout is through Fed-Ex.

My first payout was for a small amount and it was approved and processed within 24 hours of my request. Then I had a Fed-Ex tracking number less than 48 hours later. All was handled very quickly.

My 2nd payout was for more than double my first one. It again was process and approved within 24 hours (on 8-7-11). Up to now, I still don't have a tracking number. They say to allow up to 7 business days, so they are still within their window right now. I'll let everyone know the progress. So far, I've been pleased with BoDog. I hope that continues.

Bart, I also requested a withdrawl from them on Aug. 7th. I received a confirmation e-mail very quickly, but i also still have not received a tracking number or email that payment was sent.
Today was the "7 buisness days". We'll see

So i asked BoDog what was going on.....the response I got was that due to an international banking holiday on August 1st, my payment is delayed by 2-4 business days.

Funny thing is...I requested my payout on August 7th. :0003

Bodog could offer me a $1000 credit for a $100 deposit and I would say no thanks.

Bodog customer service and payout department are down right pathetic.

Always excuses when it comes to payouts.

PPABART---
7-10 days in Bodog world is 45-60 in ours.

That's not good news. I guess I had a false sense of security since the first payout request was handled so quickly. My first payout was for a lesser amount though. My first payout was requested....approved within 24 hours....then I had a tracking number less than 48 hours later. I had a check in my hand in less than a week.

This time, my payout was approved almost instantly. I put in the request on a weekend and the money was removed from my account for approval in an hour. Since then, there have been absolutely no new updates. I have done 2 separate online chat sessions. I've been very polite, yet stern, with the customer service reps. I wanted them to know that this was unacceptable. When i was given the "international banking holiday" reason for my check being delayed, I told them that shouldnt have affected my situation. The "holiday" was on the 1st and my payout request was on the 7th. She politely explained that the "banking holiday" caused a backlog in the requests. Ok...so even if I believed that, that shouldnt add a significant amount of time to my wait time.

It's just frustrating. I like playing with BoDog and their poker, but this recent turn of events is probably going to change the way I think about them in the future.

Oh...and for what it's worth, I was told that my only option for withdrawl was via check. I asked if I could do WU or MG, and they said that wasn't an option for me. So the only way I could get my money was mailing a check.

I'll continue to give updates on this situation. I'm not trying to badmouth BoDog at all. Like i said, I like playing with them. But I do not like excuses and I don't like not being able to get my money in a reasonable amount of time. It's been 2 weeks now. That exceeds a reasonable amount of time in my eyes.

Bodog-one- FREE withdrawal a month.
5Dimes-$30 withdrawal-no freebies at all. I made 2 withdraw requests from Bodog and got both no problem. There was one delay bout 6 months ago; 2-3 weeks. Third party processors are the issue.

Bodog does not send out payments or checks, a third party payment processor does. That's the problem with this industry. Sometimes it goes smoothly and sometimes it does not. This has been posted here a hundred times.

Relax, you WILL get your money but it's not being controlled by bodog. It just might be another FAKE processor setup by the DoJ that just steals the fucking money like they did from pokerstars, fulltilt, bookmaker, etc. Who knows? BUT, you will get your money.
