I lost my connection during a Sit N Go, and now cannot access their website or poker client... tried on two computers...

Anyone else having this problem? :scared

This happened to me before when there were only 4 of us left. By the time I got back in, almost all of my chips were gone (I had a nice size stack). Called them and they did refund my buyin.

Never get a refund from them they claim it only happen to you its your problem. crooked there own players in games & tourn non trustworthy

I'm sure they will refund you if it happened that same night (11/21). I eventually E-Mailed them weeks later to double check that they gave me my money back, and they claimed they did.

I never verified the refund in my account history, but they seemed helpful towards me.
