Hi everyone,
I am new to the chat room but been keeping up for a while. Recently I cashed out my bodog account on Sunday 1/21 via e-check (worked last week). Bodog sent me confirmation and took the money out of my balance and now bodog is saying they cant do that anymore. I first received email saying the money would be placed back into my bodog account (never was) and I would have to request another payout via a courier. I called and some customer service rep said they processed it Western Union and I would get some sort of code emailed to me in 5 business days. Sounds extremely shady and like no-one knows whats going on. Just want to warn people not to deposit any money with them.
Only thing I could possibly think of doing is if I never get a western union code, I could go back with B of A and dispute all deposits to bodog within the last 4 months.

Does anyone have any good information or experience with this?

I spoke with them yesterday and they had just switched to the courier method instead of western Union. The Westrn Union method was only available after the echeck processor stopped dealing with US people. The back up was so long with Western union they swith to courier (ups) just yesterday. They will not cheat you, you just might have to wait for the back up to clear out, i think you will be fine.

I know what you mean....had same issues, but actaully talked to someone who knew a thing or two...they will mail you a check, obviously this sux because if you're like me, you'd rather have it direct deposited, but I guess it's better than getting stiffed. I think Bodog is one of the better ones out there and I tried them all, believe me :)
There lines are brutal but customer service is pretty good!
