statement from bovada service:

We are aware of both the seizure of the domain Bodog.com on Monday and the indictment against Calvin Ayre released this morning. Please be assured that neither of these have in any way affected the operations of Bovada and it?s very much business as usual. The account details and funds of our players remain totally secure. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at 1-888-263-0000 or service@bovada.lv.

Jack........ummmm I think you took it the wrong way.

I was just saying that you had to get another job because of all the books going down.

That's all I meant:shrug:

And was just saying that horse racing and lotteries are fine and sportsbetting and poker are not.

Where am I wrong?

What gives? I am on your side.

FWIW I understand how you meant it but can see how jack read it wrong.

You were saying what a joke it is in the US that our government allows lotteries and horse racing, both forms of betting, but not sports wagering and poker.

I agree

Thanks for clearing that up, I did read it wrong.

Sorry, kick, I thought you were bashing one of the few books that stands on principle.

Feds won't run the 10 books on top left out of here.

Sportsinteraction doesn't take US bets either.

44 advertisers to like 5 (because of discounts) now. Yep, had to go back to work. :0074

Saint makes a good point, I could see how you read that wrong Jack.

My bad I should have worded it differently.

And thanks Jack for responding and saying sorry, much appreciated:0008

Again sorry for the confusion, I know that the sportsbooks in upper left have to be congratulated for "sticking it out" with your site, I don't blame you for defending them. Although in my case I was on your side:142smilie

Sucks you had to go back to work, but I am sure there are some positives as a result.

it's gotta be a matter of time before it's legalized in some fashion. Who knows how long? 5 years? 15 years? But as soon as states legalize it and challenge the feds some of the obstacles should fall. Iowa is doing us a favor by looking at legalizing poker.

Here's to hoping MJs stays around till then :0074

GOLDEN SAX can bet against the widgets it sells All Ignorant Guys, then bet that the widgets will bankrupt All Ignorant Guys, then get them bailed out by the FED, to collect via the All Ignorant Guys conduit, WHILE collecting on the bail out, they are the ones that pressed the buttons that made them go bust in the first place.
