Authorities in Michigan discovered the body of a woman Thursday who had been missing for more than a week.
A law enforcement source told WWJ-TV that Elizabeth Hock?s body was found in Commerce Township and foul play wasn?t suspected. Authorities haven?t released the cause of death.
The Oakland County Medical Examiner?s Office said Hock?s body was found on the roof of a Home Depot store at a shopping center. The examiner?s office said that it was clear Hock?s body had been there for several days. It?s unclear how she wound up there.
Hock?s family last saw the 23-year-old woman on Sept. 6. Her sister Emilie spoke to her that night but hadn?t heard from her since, according to WWJ-TV.
Hock was driving a 1999 Gold Ford Crown Victoria, which police found Tuesday in the shopping center parking lot with her purse and ID still inside.
She was described by coworkers at the Birmingham Athletic Club as being ?super, super nice.? The station reported she was also taking business classes at Oakland Community College.
Autopsy results are expected to come Friday.

I can not believe some of these comments I'm reading. This young lady lost her life and no one knows how she died or got on that roof. She had a family I'm sure that loved her. All this guessing, why, do you not have any other thing to do with your life except to guess? I feel sorry for some of you.

I work in Department stores, its not that easy to get on the roof, they are alarmed and locked and usually have a 25 ft ladder to climb before going thru that, sounds foul play to me

The relevant question is "how did she get onto the roof"? Most such buildings have a roof hatch from the storage or warehouse rooms, usually securely locked from inside. If she was dating the store manager or another employee with access, then suspect drugs were involved and the lady overdosed.

maybe when the car was recovered in the parking lot on Tuesday they should have searched the entire premise which should include basements,roofs,bathrooms the garden center. She could have still been alive on Tuesday I mean the guy in Hangover was sunburned but alive after what 3-4 days?
