Good Luck today Boiler. Congrats on the weight loss as well, but I'm not sure about that Michelob Light.....:shrug:

Not to bad had several last night. Had to lose some weight to try and lower my cholesterol. At 6'2 and 228 lbs was getting that middle age spread. Feel much better now that I'm nly 203. Would like to lose about 20 more before I'm done.

How old do you have to be to call it a "middle aged spread"?? :look: I'm also 6-2 and up to about 210 now, but a lot of it is starting to sit just above the belt, and now that golf is done, I'm not all that active for the winter. My ideal fighting weight is probably 190, and the g/f is dropping a few hints here and there about "us" finding something to do for the winter months.....kurby
