Does anyone know of a web site to find boilerplate/ pre-written documents, policys, or procedures?

Need an SLA document and dont want to start from scratch.

Contact the National Board (NBIC) and they can provide you a rubbing of the original stamp, as well as any travelers that have been forwarded.
