Bookmaker Issues

I opened an account with Bookmaker at the beginning of the year. I opted for the 100% deposit bonus which has a 30x rollover requirement.

Halfway through my rollover requirement and a balance hovering around the initial deposit+bonus amount, they've removed my bonus and closed my account. I've asked for an explanation, but they'll only say that it was an internal management decision and that I must request a payout.

When I ask to speak with management, they say they don't speak with customers.

I understand that they can probably close out an account as they see fit, but would expect them to show cause in order to renege on the bonus agreement. If this is how they operate, I don't think they should be considered a preferred sportsbook on this site.

Is there anything I can do to get my account reopened or bonus restored? Or am I SOL?
