I'm not trying to start a big thing but I think this is totally unnecessary.
Made 1st deposit last week via bitcoin. Request mg payout Sunday. Tuesday morning they cancel it saying they need my lD. (They shouldn't need this unless I deposited using a card) But okay, I send it and they say all is good so I request payout again. Later they cancel it saying they need a snapshot of my profile at the money transfer agency. Wtf is that? I've been doing this a.Long time and never heard of this. One deposit via btc and they need all of this?

Anyone know.if this is standard or am I getting the runaround ? I did.not expect this at bookmaker

I am not sure I used a mj link to open a bookmaker account last week. But have used Madjacks as a reference at every other book I use. I deposited using bitcoin. Asked for a moneygram payout. First they cancel it and say they need my Id. I sent it and they say I am good to go.Request it again, two days later they cancel it and say j have to.send a snap shot of my moneygram account. I do that and am told all is good. I request again and they cancel it the next day saying the addresses don't match. I call and no supervisor will talk and no one knows anythi. And they always cancel it right as the payout department closes for the day. This is unacceptable and absurd. Can you find out what the real problem is because this is not right

Bookmaker is dodging a $500 payout so.be careful everyone

They need to verify who you are before they send out money. If addresses don't match it's a red flag. There's never been a slow pay or no pay from Bookmaker that I've seen.

I'll check into it but I'm tempted not to for the way you handled this.

Not to mention I highly doubt you gave madjacks the referral.

Bookmaker is not dodging shit.

They're salivating that's for sure. Brand new.account with one Hitchin deposit. What do they even need my iD? And if they needed something else why wouldn't they tell me.? Instead they cancel my payout two days after its deducted and ask for something else the next day. This has happened three times already and no one will talk on the phone. It's a second rate book. It's quite simple if they need information they should have told me the first time. But no. They only ask for id. I sent it and they said I can request payout again. I do and two dAys later right before the payout department closes I get an email saying they also need a snapshot of my monogram account. tHIS is bullshit. Just have never heard of this but I do it and they verify it and say I'm now ok for a payout so I request it again. Boom. Two nights later same time I get an email saying the addresses don't match. Same name, same zip code. I moved down the street. Why is this even an issue for a Monet transfer?

Look I respect you and madjacks. E everyone seems cool here. But how have I handled this poorly? They shouldn't need any documentation as I have one bitcoin deposit. They will pay but I should not have to through all of this. The customer service is atrocious.

I just though bookmaker was straight up.

1. Bookmaker is as solid as they come.

2. Send (if you haven't yet) your name and account # to Jack.

Bookmaker sent the payout and I picked it up. Regardless their customers service is horrid. I still feel as they were slow paying with the hope I.would lose back my winnings.either way am taking my business elsewhere as I shouldn't have had to send all that verification when my only deposit was using bitcoin
