Anyone else notice that the customer service has been declining lately? Imo, it started when they stopped taking phone calls regarding issues a few years ago. But more recently they have stopped grading wagers in a timely manner. Then this evening I noticed that they didn’t even offer a 2H line on the Bowling Green vs. Ohio U game. Anyone else notice these or similar issues?

have noticed the same thing with dsi which was a sister company but they say they have no connection to bookmaker any more. they also only have chat for customer service which sucks.and I will no longer play at either of these 2 books.

It's definitely not the same as years ago. I quit using them quite a while ago.
