books w/ easiest free deposit/withdrawals

i am currently using bodog and SIA as my books. I don't like bodog not offering overnights for the NBA, but i do like that they have easy bonuses (1x rollover) and more importantly, i like that their direct bank transfer for deposit and withdrawals are free.
I'd like to use another book that would give me much the same options above (i.e. free and easy deposit/withdrawals) but with the added feature of early NBA lines (i don't like waiting 'til past noon ET gameday to even see a line being offered).
Any suggestions?

I use Bodog occasionally, i try and not keep more than $500 in their at once, but they have always paid me. Books Id recommend that are hassle free and pay on a dime through past experience via NETELLER.
