does anyone know a reputable sportsbook that either mastercard or visa accepts. ive had one sportsbook that my mastercard will accept but not visa. i would like to have more than one book but the credit cards r really puttin the hammer down on these books.ive even tried netteller to no avail. no success with carib pinnacle and some others thans again
